The Insight Body Scan
The Insight Body Scan uses the Bodysonic Magnetic Resonance Analysis (MRA) system to create a personalised bioenergetic report. It explores a broad range of energetic markers and patterns across the body, giving us a starting point for looking at your overall wellbeing from a different perspective.
The report covers areas including organs, glands, tissues, emotional stress patterns and chakras, alongside a range of other energetic markers.
The experience is calm, relaxed and completely painless. For an in-person scan, you simply sit comfortably while the system carries out the assessment.
Yes. Remote scanning gives you the flexibility to complete your scan from wherever you are in the world. You send a small sample of hair or a nail clipping to me in advance for the Bodysonic analysis, and we explore your results together online.
Your personalised report is prepared and we arrange time to explore your results together - in clear, straightforward language, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Your personalised report forms part of your Insight Body Scan experience and provides the information we explore together.
It depends on the tier and format you choose - sessions run from two to three hours. Full details are provided when you arrange your booking.
Absolutely. The scan can be a valuable way to develop greater awareness of your body and wellbeing at any stage of life.
Rife Frequency Sessions
A Rife Frequency Session uses selected frequencies delivered through the WavePro system. During an in-person session, you sit or lie back comfortably while holding two handheld electrodes, with a small PEMF mat placed beneath or near you. The selected frequency programs then run for the duration of your session.
Sessions can be tailored around what you would like to support, including pain & discomfort, inflammatory balance, detox support, microbial & parasite balance, stress, recovery, energy and vitality.
Depending on your focus, we can work with frequency programs aimed at supporting relaxation and nervous-system regulation, the body's natural elimination and renewal processes, balance around unwanted bacteria, fungi and parasites, recovery from periods of stress or depletion, and steadier energy.
If you've had an Insight Body Scan, your results can also help us choose which areas to prioritise rather than simply guessing where to begin.
You simply sit or lie back and relax while the program runs. The experience is non-invasive and requires very little from you. Depending on the frequencies being used, you may notice subtle electrical sensations in the palms of your hands through the handheld electrodes, or you may feel very little at all.
There's very little preparation involved. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive well hydrated. During the session, you'll be sitting or lying back for around an hour, so the idea is simply to get comfortable and let the program run.
Yes. Distant Rife sessions are available using a small hair or nail sample, which is placed with the system in my practice while your selected frequency program runs.
Before your session, we establish what you would like to focus on and I select the frequency program accordingly. You don't need to be online or connected to any equipment during the session.
We begin with what you would like to focus on and select the frequency programs accordingly. If you've completed an Insight Body Scan, we can also use the patterns highlighted in your report to help determine which areas to prioritise.
There's no fixed number that suits everyone. You can book a single session or work with a series of sessions around a particular focus. We can decide what makes sense for you and adjust as we go.
Yes. The two work naturally together. The Insight Body Scan gives us a broader bioenergetic picture to explore, which can then help us decide where to focus your frequency sessions.
Yes. Rife Frequency Sessions are offered as a complementary wellness practice and are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have symptoms, a diagnosed condition, take medication or are receiving medical treatment, continue working with your qualified healthcare professional.
